My FIRST gluten-free ROMAN pizza! I must admit I didn't have such high expectations, but I changed my mind! A very wide menu of pizzas to choose from, and they also offer Roman pinsa. The only thing to improve is the fried items, too greasy for my taste.

Locale AIC, therefore extremely safe. Fantastic pizza, with a wide choice of more unique flavors. Excellent gluten-free supplì. They use non-deglutinated flours, but which naturally do not contain gluten.

the pizza is really delicious, I think it's the best gluten-free dough I've ever eaten. They offer the whole menu gluten-free if not necessarily gluten-free! The girls are super polite, nice, and sociable

Wide selection of gluten-free dishes. I had the fried items and the pinsa, and they were excellent. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and attentive to gluten-free needs.
