It is not easy or taken for granted to find a combination of a bakery and a pastry shop that is exclusively gluten-free at such a high level, capable of competing with the best ordinary pastry shops in Florence (non-gluten free). An additional value is the large supermarket of gluten-free products that can be deducted, including a variety of "sugar-free" products, meaning those with a low glycemic index, for those with high blood sugar issues or diabetes. Great attention to the customer from the owner and employees who stand out for their friendliness, kindness, and professionalism.

Really everything is delicious. The zuccotto alla fiorentina is excellent. Unfortunately, the prices are high.

The 'market' section offers products that you cannot find everywhere, niche snacks and treats! Go and enjoy it all! We can only hope to find many more places like BAG! Moreover, a very nice and convenient location with some tables inside and an outdoor area for breakfasts, lunches, or snacks in total relaxation!
