I had a gluten-free margherita pizza, and what I received was a kind of focaccia, without any salt and completely tasteless; the only thing that saved its flavor was the tomato. Moreover, it was watery, so much so that it crumbled when I picked it up. For dessert, I had a caramel panna cotta, which was also completely tasteless and had a consistency more similar to a mousse. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed.

I go there regularly, the fried pasta appetizer is spectacular and the pizzas are delicious, as are the desserts... highly recommended

Very good pizza with a couple of gluten-free crusts to choose from. Separate oven from that of gluten pizzas. Homemade desserts that are excellent.

Such a lovely and welcoming place. Great for those with intolerances to both gluten and lactose. They also have vegan dishes. In short, I hope that one day they will open places like this in Milan too! Thank you very much for the beautiful experience!

The place is nice and it is suitable for those with food intolerances, as it offers pizzas and focaccias with various types of dough, including 3 doughs for celiacs, in addition to lactose-free and vegan products. However, the situation is a bit different if you just want to eat a pizza; they are good, but better options can be found. I therefore recommend it especially for those with intolerances.

They have two types of gluten-free doughs and as a celiac I had no problems at all, in fact, I digested everything! Besides being good! And as a vegan, they have plenty of options not only for pizza but also for desserts. Friendly and cheerful staff. I recommend it.

I really appreciate that this place is inclusive and committed to everyone’s dietary needs. There are many pizza dough options, and even the gluten-free one is made in three different ways, as well as many vegan pizzas, gluten-free and vegan desserts. The venue is simple and very basic, the staff is kind, and the service is fast. They made a mistake with one pizza and remade it for us right away.

Why go to the fashionable Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi when you can eat quality food without the need to appear pretentious? The quality of the pizzas (even 3 gluten-free variants!) and dishes is above average. A guarantee and a fixed point for when I'm in the area.

I have been to dinner twice at this trattoria and pizzeria and I had a good experience. The pizza with gluten-free dough is good, as are the tordelli with ragù and the gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts. It is located on the Aurelia road and has on-site parking, plus it is just a stone's throw from the center of Pietrasanta, which can be quickly reached by car.

Great pizzeria, where you can eat a good gluten-free pizza, with a choice of different doughs; the one with seeds is very tasty. You can choose from three bottled beers, all gluten-free. The fruity one is very good. A little dessert made on the spot for me... Thank you. See you soon.
