Great security and above all, great pizza. The ingredients are excellent, as is the dough. Four stars only because I prefer another type of dough. Highly recommended.

Located near the center of Cava dei Tirreni, in the Trincerone area, this pizzeria has become a landmark for pizza lovers, thanks to a decade of experience that is felt from the very first entry. The venue features a modern, simple yet well-kept style, making it overall very charming and pleasant. The spaces are divided into three rooms: the innermost room transforms into a pleasant garden during the summer, ideal for the warmer evenings. However, in the winter months, this same room can be quite cold, as can the first table located near the entrance, often exposed to bothersome gusts of air every time the door is opened. One aspect that absolutely deserves to be highlighted is the attention to the dietary needs of every guest: the gluten-free options are well-structured, as is the choice of lactose-free or even vegan mozzarella, a non-trivial detail that indicates great care and professionalism. The proposal of Prisco-Crok, a super crispy focaccia filled raw, is very interesting: tried several times, it is definitely worth ordering as a centerpiece for sharing. It is good and unique, but it cannot replace the pizza, which remains the true strength of the venue. Among the appetizers, it is hard to choose: the sausage and friarielli frittatina competes equally with the porcini arancino, both exceptionally well made. Moving on to the pizzas, in addition to the traditional dough, there is also a multigrain option, good but with hardly noticeable differences. The menu distinguishes between traditional and special pizzas: while the latter focus on more refined combinations, even the traditional ones are made with quality products. Among the favorites, the Lardiata stands out with a truly unique sauce. The fried calzone is average, while the Carrettiera 2.0 impresses with the use of crumbled tarallo and friarielli cream. The bitter lemon liqueur at the end of the meal is also interesting. Friendly, helpful, and kind staff. A place to return to willingly.

We ate here one evening when we were on vacation in Cava. Delicious gluten-free calzone; it was the first time I had tasted one. Excellent food and friendly, super helpful waiters who even provided us with information about our stay! Thank you ☺️

Excellent pizza, light and super digestible thanks to the well-leavened dough. High-quality ingredients, with a perfect mix of Neapolitan tradition and Cilento flavors. Spectacular fried dishes, crispy and dry, especially the cacio e pepe fritatina. Wide variety of pizzas. Modern venue, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great attention to gluten-free options, with a dedicated oven. One of the best pizzerias in the area! The only downside is the long wait for a table, especially on Saturday evenings (wait time just over an hour).

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, tidy, and comfortable environment. The pizza with the multi-grain dough (+ 2 €) is good, and so is the gluten-free calzone.

This pizzeria is a pleasant discovery. Friendly staff, quick and courteous service. Good pizza, with the appreciated availability of truffle both on the pizza and on the frittatine. The price is average, with gluten-free options for those with intolerances.

Excellent food, impeccable service, and a family atmosphere! Prisco in Cava was a pleasant discovery. Quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the pizza dough is very light. The gluten-free pizza (cooked in a separate oven) is also great. The price is slightly higher than the local average, but given the quality of the ingredients, it's justifiable.

We went for the first time to this pizzeria yesterday. Excellent pizza and high-quality desserts. The gluten-free section is also well-stocked with treats and top-quality pizza. All the staff were polite and available, starting with the room managers Alfonso and Gennaro, who assisted and advised us from the beginning to the end of our stay at the table. Great value for money. We will definitely return. Recommended.

Excellent gluten-free pizza, among the best I have tried, the fried foods are great. Highly qualified and friendly staff. For those who have eaten 'with gluten', I am told the pizza is excellent, as well as the fried foods. Outdoor space, all in maximum safety. A must-try.
