The food is good, but in my opinion, there are few options. I've been there 2 or 3 times and only found cookies and pasticciotti. I would have expected some pasta as well.

Regular clients for breakfast, especially for the wide selection of gluten-free and lactose-free pastries that are excellent in taste. We enjoyed everything, especially the fruit dessert! The only unpleasant thing was the presence of many dogs inside. Nevertheless, highly recommended!

The pastry shop Stefano Bianco absolutely deserves a visit. You can start your day with an excellent breakfast, choosing from the many creations offered. Various versions of pasticciotto and I enjoyed an excellent flaky croissant. The staff is really welcoming and friendly. The service could be improved. The place is not very big, so you may need to wait a bit for a free table. But the wait is rewarded with a view of the impressive production displayed in the windows. There are options for aperitifs and hot tea in the afternoon. Vegan and gluten-free products, but very tasty with high-quality ingredients. At this time of year, you can't miss the panettoni, and I was honored to taste them all. My favorite is the one with five chocolates. Spectacular is the one with Apulian gin, lemon, and Annurca apple. I recommend Stefano Bianco's pastry shop and his collaborators.

No comment on the level of this pastry shop. They are at least ten years ahead of the others. There is really everything, especially for those who are allergic to gluten, eggs, milk... Unique vegan and gluten-free pasticciotto. (We ordered several to take home) We came from Umbria with our child and the dalmatian and were welcomed in a family-friendly and professional environment. Thank you for being so attentive to customers, especially those with special needs. I think many other pastry shops have much to learn from you.
