It has always been my favorite pastry shop. Every time I can, I go there for breakfast and to get pastry products. Since I have a celiac partner, I have also purchased gluten-free cakes, desserts, and schiacciata (both plain and stuffed), and everything is delicious.

Who would have thought to find a "gluten" pastry shop that also prepares fresh, good, tasty gluten-free products in Pieve a Nievole? A wonderful surprise!! I tasted a "valdostana" and a "rice puff" (as in the photo): I was truly satisfied with two FRESH products (that is, not packaged, as is often the case in pastry bars) and excellent in taste, made available in a special display for gluten-free items, with cookies, small pizzas, macarons, and other pastries! Congratulations really and... thank you for this wonderful opportunity and to the truly friendly and helpful staff! Absolutely recommended!!
