Finally, an ice cream shop for us intolerant people! It's not easy to find an ice cream shop that offers really good flavors suitable for those who, like me, are lactose intolerant. Here, not only are there so many vegan (and delicious!) flavors, but for the first time, I was also able to add cream to my ice cream... and without feeling unwell! A dream! The staff is truly extraordinary: kind, attentive, and super knowledgeable about intolerances. They make you feel welcomed and pampered, never making you feel 'different' for asking for something alternative. A wonderful discovery — I will definitely return (and recommend it to everyone!).

Very clean place with a wide range of products for all consumers, from vegans, diabetics, lactose intolerant people, to those who love the gym and can enjoy a great protein shake. Personally, I have tried almost all the products; besides the classic cone and brioche, I recommend the yogurt which this year, in my opinion, is even better than last year, or a great warm brioche (the brioche is a sweet bread, so I suggest less sweet flavors for the filling). Last week I had some mini pastries and I must say that the baskets, cannoli, and triangles are top-notch! Now I just need to try the single-serving cake slices, and I'll let you know!

A huge surprise! An ice cream shop with a wide assortment of ice creams, cones, and gluten-free and lactose-free brioche. It's rare to find such a variety of products for intolerant people like me at a competitive price. The kind and helpful staff makes the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, it will become a regular stop when I'm in the area. Attached is a photo of the gluten-free brioche with vegan stracciatella ice cream, vanilla, whipped cream, and hazelnut crumbs. 5 stars are not enough. Top!

Today I tried the ice cream at Gelateria Azzurra, via Messina Marine, Palermo. For the first time, they didn't say to me "you can only choose between hazelnut, pistachio, and chocolate but without cream because it’s contaminated." 🥹 All flavors are gluten-free, they obviously take them from the lab. They also have logs, ice creams, frappés, slushies of many flavors, yogurt, well... Anything! A paradise for us celiacs! 🥹 The staff is really super friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are affordable. To give you an idea, I only paid 3€ for this cone! They even added cream, chocolate drizzle, peanuts, and an SG wafer on top. It's AIC certified! In short, my nutritionist doesn't need to know, but for once it was really worth cheating! 😋

If you are celiac, you can't help but feel pampered, even spoiled. Very kind, always attentive, cordial. Before every gluten free serving, they wash their hands, and of course, the ice cream is found in a separate uncontaminated section. There is a wide choice of both flavors and ways to enjoy the ice cream: brioche, cone, waffle, etc. Besides gluten-free, there are also options without lactose, sugar-free, and vegan. Highly recommended!
