A truly unique experience. The family management is the added value, not improvisation but 60 years of experience that is evident in every aspect. From the welcome to the cleanliness, to the courtesy and quality of the food. My wife, who is gluten intolerant, found every possible treat in the breakfast room, all rigorously cooked to order. Not to mention the extraordinary experience at the starred restaurant ORTO within the hotel. Quality ingredients and the professionalism of the staff will repay your trust. Thanks to Orietta for her great availability and for sharing her family's story. The hotel is just a few steps from the station, accessible via a dedicated lift. Ideal for the tour of the Cinque Terre.

The room was perfectly clean in every detail, from the entrance to the bathroom. All the staff were courteous, helpful, and kind. We also had the opportunity to have dinner; besides the excellent food, they pay great attention regarding intolerances/allergies (something not all places do). They are attentive to detail; at breakfast, they provided a dairy-free dessert specifically for my girlfriend, who is allergic. What can I say, they know how to do their job and do it with care and passion. Equipped with parking, a pool, and a convenient connection to the city center below. Oh, many products used in the kitchen are made by them. Enchanting!

Thank you and thank you again to all the staff at Villa Edera for their hospitality, availability, and kindness. The wonderful location of the hotel just a short walk from the center and the beautiful sea. With cozy, refined, and spotless rooms. An excellent and carefully curated cuisine also for those with celiac disease, with dishes crafted from truly fresh garden flavors and aromas, skillfully sourced nearby the hotel. Thank you again to all the staff at Hotel Villa Edera for honoring not only the beautiful Liguria but all of our wonderful Italy.

For the third year, we spent a few days vacationing at the Villa Edera hotel with our children and confirmed the quality of the services offered. The location is special, the pool is well integrated into the environmental context. The staff is very kind and helpful. The environments are very well kept; the breakfast is abundant and the dinner is refined; the sensitivity and attention toward gluten-free guests is commendable. Excellent experience.
