The hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are clean. In the kitchen, they are very attentive to gluten-free options, although the buffet is not separated from the gluten-containing one. Good value for money.

Stay in June 2025 in a quadruple mansard room (as agreed). Very small room, outdated, and uncomfortable beds, cleaning OK. Absence of a side rail for the bunk bed, which made it unusable after a few minutes. But we could overlook this: the hotel was chosen for a very specific reason: their reputation for gluten-free cooking. Unfortunately, the hotel changed management this year! We didn't know that. The gluten-free offerings were available but absolutely mediocre, far below our expectations. This makes it a classic riviera hotel, in an excellent location (practically beachfront), with a very convenient parking just 5 minutes away on foot, but with a questionable value for money. Personally, we won't be returning.

Great hotel for spending a beach holiday. Family-run, excellent central location in Misano Adriano, close to the sea (beach 150 meters from the hotel, reachable on foot). Ideal for families with small children, cleanliness of rooms and common areas. Well-prepared home cooking (also for gluten and lactose intolerances). Recommended.

It was a nice discovery. Excellent hotel very close to the sea. The room was slightly small but always clean, tidy, and functional (the cleaning staff were very skilled, kind, and always smiling). Laura and Stefano were very kind and available for any eventuality or problem to solve. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very abundant, all homemade (the fish is delicious, and the fried food is fantastic!!!) and well cared for, the buffets are great, especially the breakfast one, which is rich in delicacies both sweet and savory, with very skilled and polite wait staff. Great attention to people with celiac disease and very careful if you have other types of intolerances. The beach has a partnership with the hotel. Possibility of having private outdoor parking (in a lot near the hotel). What else can I say? I will definitely return with my partner :)

What can I say, there is really everything you would expect from a three-star hotel. However, when it comes to food, the quality is comparable to a four-star. An excellent reference for celiacs and extremely attentive to other food intolerances, allergens, and dietary choices. Galactic breakfasts, all prepared by hand. Impeccable service in the dining room. Laura and Stefano are always on the ball and very accommodating, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are a bit cramped but clean and functional. There's the possibility to access the property with dogs and paid parking 100 meters from the hotel. It’s advisable to reserve the parking among the services offered by the hotel because they are located in a ZTL (limited traffic zone). The hotel's location is excellent with all points of interest and entertainment in a central position with all services within reach. A partner beach is conveniently located 190 meters away. Great value for money. We will definitely return next year!!

We went on vacation with my family from August 18th to 25th. Central area hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent, to say the least. Lunch and dinner were fabulous, especially recommended for those with celiac disease and lactose intolerance. 7 days spent in the blink of an eye. The owner Laura and her staff were always available. I highly recommend it. Negative notes? None. Suitable for families. Very happy and relaxed at the top 💯💯. Next year, we will definitely return.

We shared our experience from last week. We had a great time, excellent food with careful consideration for children, their lunch timings, and for those who suffer from celiac disease. Everything, and I mean everything, was exquisite: the gnocchi alla sorrentina were spectacular, the fish dishes were excellent, and even breakfast had a wide variety with a menu for celiacs (fantastic cook, both for classic dishes and for celiac-friendly meals). The kindness, courtesy, welcome, and meticulousness in meeting every request is the strong point of this hotel. A shout-out to the cleaning ladies who always left our room tidy and clean every day, always with a smile and courtesy. If I had to find a drawback, it would probably be the hairdryer in the room; if you have long and thick hair, it's better to bring one from home. Other than that, the rooms are fine. Great job to all the staff, thank you so much for this wonderful week, everyone was fantastic! We will definitely return! I recommend it to everyone passing through Misano; it’s a gem, especially for those with celiac disease. A big "hello" from little Manu.

We came with my mom for a week at the beach; we already knew Misano, but Hotel Morotti was a fantastic discovery for my gluten intolerance. Hotel certified by AIC, menu with both gluten-free and regular options for all meals. Beautiful, bright rooms. Staff? What can I say, the typical Romagna hospitality is not lacking, Laura and Stefano at the reception, their mom in the kitchen, they don't disappoint. Always smiling, kind, and caring. An appreciation also for the room maids and the girls who serve at the tables. We will definitely return.

We stayed for the first time at the end of July, and we had a great time, especially with the dining options; the gluten-free food was truly top-notch. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Loretta, who manages the gluten-free kitchen and is always ready to meet the needs of people with different food intolerances. The staff is friendly and helpful, the cuisine is truly excellent both with and WITHOUT GLUTEN. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, wonderful sea, beautiful beach service with many games for children, spectacular pool with hot tub for both adults and children!!!! In the hotel, there are games available for all the kids, the rooms are basic but nothing more and nothing less than a 3-star hotel. Very satisfied, highly recommended especially for families!

A hotel where you can experience the typical hospitality of Romagna. The staff is super available, engaging, and polite. A very varied cuisine from breakfast to dinner, with options for gluten-free or various intolerances. Mrs. Morotti knows how to win anyone over with her dishes. Super polite and professional waiters. Rooms cleaned every day in every detail, the lady who tidies the rooms gives a smile and a good morning to everyone. All this just 50 meters from the sea. The only downside is having to leave to return... We left a piece of our heart in Misano Adriatico at Hotel Morotti... Thank you.

Family-run hotel, well-kept and clean environment but above all excellent food!!! A specialty of the hotel is their gluten-free certification... I was able to enjoy the entire menu just like my family, but cooked for me as a celiac! SUPERB! Well done to all the staff, you feel at home.
