it is always a guarantee of goodness and quality. here the beauty is that the standards are inverted, mainly it is gluten-free, everything else comes after. 🫶

5/5 Stars - An Oasis for Celiacs in Rome! I visited this restaurant with my son and a friend with her daughter. I am a celiac, and I must say it was an incredible experience! The menu offers a wide choice of typical Roman dishes gluten-free and not, prepared with care and attention. The cuisine really exceeded expectations, each dish was impeccably presented and the taste was simply divine. Our waiter was very kind and helpful, assisting us in choosing the dishes and explaining how they were made. The service was fast and efficient, even though the place was full. There is also the option to charge mobile phones, and it’s just a short walk from St. Peter's Basilica. I tried the gluten-free amatriciana, which was a real success. The portions are super generous, one serving is enough for two! The price is reasonable considering the quality of the food and the service. We were really happy to find a restaurant that offers high-quality gluten-free options and we can only recommend this place to all celiacs and not only! It is an oasis for anyone looking for a tasty and safe meal. *Tip:* Don’t miss the chance to try their typical Roman gluten-free dishes! *Rating:* 5/5 Stars *Price:* €€ (reasonable) *Service:* Excellent *Cuisine:* Outstanding *Atmosphere:* Welcoming *Not recommended for:* No one!

I have been to various restaurants in this chain. The food is always excellent and there is a great variety of choices. In particular, the waiter Ahmed was able to recommend the best dishes. Definitely recommended.

Having a small celiac child, I pay a lot of attention to the restaurants. This is the second time we have eaten at this place without having to change my mind. The staff is attentive and helpful, and there is a complete gluten-free menu with a lot of variety. Typical Roman cuisine and an ideal area for a nice walk afterward.

a mix of Roman and Neapolitan tradition. All gluten-free but alas the fried dish I had did not taste good, excessively greasy and the oil a bit used up.
4
Locale in Trastevere, abundant dishes some Roman, others influenced by Campania. Wine and desserts are not excellent. They prepare fresh bread. They have their own gluten-free beer. A must-try!!!
5
Welcoming atmosphere and very good Roman dishes, from starters to main courses. The house beer is very good. Friendly staff. Reservation is recommended.
5
among the best in Rome. completely gluten-free menu with 2 separate kitchens. courteous and prepared staff. excellent pizzas, 30 cm arancini, croquettes, and dishes of all kinds.
5
The pasta is delicious and the pizza is excellent. One of the best places in Rome.

A true delight... the entire menu is absolutely safe, generous portions, and really nothing is missing; they even have excellent craft beer! We dined with family, and even the "regular" dishes were excellent. Places like this are a treat!!!

The entire menu can be replicated gluten-free (we understood that there are two kitchens). Arancini and amatriciana are very good. Good portions.
5
Great location, there is a very wide menu including gluten-free options, and the staff is very attentive and courteous. The food is delicious.

Great restaurant in Trastevere. All dishes are available gluten-free and without the risk of contamination. The staff is very kind. The food is excellent.

Lovely place, vast choice of gluten-free options, delicious fried food, and excellent light pizza. A reference point.

a bit chaotic but great!

Eating in presence is a guarantee for gluten-free options. Two kitchens and everyone eats, both Celiacs and non-Celiacs! Of course, being in Trastevere, it is very chaotic, but that is not a downside for everyone. Delivery is less effective but still everything is excellent.

One of the most beautiful evenings since I discovered I am celiac. It's a joy to be able to truly experience everything and taste delicious dishes like those with gluten.

A very welcoming place in the Trastevere area, with very kind and attentive staff. The entire menu is gluten-free, including the fried dishes. The pizza is very soft and good.
5
In the heart of Trastevere, a welcoming location, clean but above all contamination-proof! Excellent appetizers, Neapolitan pizza, everything perfect! Well-trained staff (double oven like in all the chain locations) and available for all requests! Definitely a place to return to!

delicious pizza, the best I've ever eaten, very kind staff, good quality.

A place immersed in the Trastevere neighborhood, very close to youth venues. The food? Amazing. The entire menu is incredible; the pizzas and gluten-free fritters are really, really good. The "scugnizzelli" are recommended. Well done, well done.
5
Amazing gluten-free pizza at honest prices. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I know they also prepare many other gluten-free dishes, but the pizza is so good that I never manage to give it up to try something else!

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten!
4
Great selection with the whole menu of the restaurant in a gluten-free version. The arancini are excellent.
5
Specializing in Gluten Free! Always part of the AFC circuit of AIC, the celiac's paradise: super soft pizza, typical Roman cuisine without gluten, and even gluten-free beer produced for them! Perfect for those visiting Trastevere, just a step away from Santa Maria in Trastevere.
5
The gluten-free options are exceptional! I came with my group and we were treated very well.

Variety of flavors and attention to minimal contamination—a paradise.

the best!

Everything is very good!! Super rich pizzas (maybe a bit too heavy), but the real gem for celiacs is that there is no extra charge for gluten-free options!
