I should mention that I am not celiac; I wanted to do something nice for a friend of mine who is. While browsing the internet, I discovered this little shop in Piazza 4 Novembre in Agliana. I never expected to find a counter with a section of freshly made baked goods inside. I bought a cheesecake, some fritters, and assorted cookies, and I have to be honest, having eaten what my wife buys at Coop (she is not celiac either, but occasionally buys something gluten-free), I never expected the taste of these products, especially the cheesecake – it was divine! I haven't returned yet, but since my wife likes that dessert, I think one of these days I'll go back to get one to surprise her!

I have known this store since it opened. They helped me beyond all expectations when I needed it for my son. The only regret is that I don't live nearby and can't go as often as I would like.
