What can I say, they are truly wonderful people, but here a review is requested on a business activity. It certainly concerns a type of niche preparation, but still, even if there are good gluten-free options, in my opinion, the prices are really too high, too high. I mean, these costs fall on society, on all people, I believe there should be a balance, while taking into account their costs (expenses, personnel, taxes, etc...). As food, this is a personal taste, but for us it is too greasy, too heavy, too salty or too sweet, indigestible. I want to specify that this is a personal opinion, so it doesn’t matter. Thank you.

Small artisanal laboratory for gluten-free products where you can stop to buy very good sweet and savory items, especially the small pizzas, which are very flavorful. The chocolate chip muffins are also excellent.
