When I go to Grosseto, I can't do without it! All the pastries are excellent, the fresh bread is delicious, but no one beats the croissants, truly unique, especially the pistachio ones!

My must-have remains the classic cannoli, but its variants, especially the pistachio one, are absolutely not to be missed! Try it to believe it! ✨❣️

For many years, I dreamed of trying this gluten-free pastry bar since it has no gluten flours and many products without casein and eggs. In short, it’s an inclusive place that doesn’t make you feel wrong, different, or sick, and above all, with excellent products (those who have the same dietary needs as I do can understand what I mean). I managed to go, and I won't hide that I was moved when sitting in a café, I could enjoy my breakfast, safely and DELICIOUSLY. Yes, the croissant lets you taste its fragrance with the very first bite; it’s truly an explosion of flavor, perfection, and lightness. I also tried the bread... so good... crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside without being dry!!!! Then I also had a sandwich with avocado and salmon, so delicious 🤤 Then there was the bombolone... oh my goodness, what a delight 😋 just thinking about it 💭 makes my mouth water!! This place is wonderful 🤩 and if you’re in the area, stop by, you won’t regret it!! Plus, they’re open from 7 AM to 8 PM!!!! Congratulations and I am grateful 🥹 for what you do for us 🥺

Adorableeee for me, since I am celiac and usually don’t eat the delights offered because there are none in Turin. Everything is good, both sweet and savory. I have eaten sandwiches, cannoli, tarts, arancini, and bomboloni. I would like to live there just for this pastry shop.

Yesterday I went to this bar and was surprised by the variety and goodness of the gluten-free pastries. The arancine, especially those with ragù, were also delicious. I consider this place a true oasis for gluten-free food with excellent quality. I will definitely return.

Great pastry shop! We took a tray of assorted sweets for Sunday breakfast: chocolate eclairs, pistachio pastries, macarons, almond treats (my favorites!!!), small Sacher, and others whose names I don't remember... everything was really good. For me, the flavor is good, if not better than many other gluten-containing pastries. The attention to various intolerances is definitely a plus... And I add that recently the gluten-free flaky empty croissants are exceptional!!!!! I say this as a French citizen 😁

These gentlemen and ladies are amazing! I ordered a cake without eggs, lactose, and gluten. A millefeuille with custard where the absence of allergenic ingredients was not felt at all. A delight! Well done, precise, and passionate. I will return to make challenging requests if this is the result. Thank you so much.

I sometimes hear discussions about gluten-containing and gluten-free products where the prevailing theme is: "are these products for celiacs or intolerants?" I feel inclined to disagree and invite skeptics to try the pasta from Carrettino, where the lightness of the dough and the quality of the creams will surprise you. Naturally, I won't dwell on the typical Sicilian cannoli, of which the pastry shop is a faithful witness, but I invite you to taste them in their variant with pistachio cream that you won’t find anywhere else. I conclude the review by borrowing a famous advertising slogan: "try it to believe it."

Hello, I am celiac, and ... I feel serene and pampered in my SPECIAL pastry shop/bar/bakery 🥰... Thank goodness you exist! Everything is delicious and I am calm knowing that nothing is going to happen to me because gluten doesn't even accidentally enter there 😄... The restaurant is a gem! The food is delicious ... Oh! I have been celiac for almost 30 years... I have never found a place like this. Thank you for existing! My wife, who is not affected by celiac disease, was astonished by what she tasted.

Friendly and very accommodating staff, a great variety of sweet and savory, all GLUTEN-FREE!!! Arancini that look like cannonballs, calzones, croissants, bread, classic and revisited Sicilian sweets, cakes, creams, and dry pastries... Of course, I couldn't taste everything, but what I had was enough for me. For those traveling along the Aurelia, a detour is a must!!!

Even here, as in the restaurant, everything is excellent; both savory and sweet dishes have an extraordinary goodness... In this regard, be careful not to get caught by the goodness of the Sicilian cannoli, otherwise you won't want to leave this place anymore...
