The best gluten-free breakfast in Rome. We tried the cornetto (perfectly layered) in various flavors - Nutella, pistachio, and chocolate pastry cream - and the filling was present from the first to the last bite. The brownies were also very good and a special mention goes to the cannoli, filled on the spot. They also have a savory section with pizzas and focaccia. It's a workshop but has a partnership with a café just a few steps away where you can order an excellent cappuccino and enjoy your cornetto purchased from La Pasticcera without any issues. If you happen to be in Rome, definitely go there!!

I haven't tasted a croissant like this in a long time! Ten out of ten. Products range from sweet to savory, all strictly gluten-free. The staff is very friendly. It is part of the AIC circuit. I tried the croissant and the "pan gocciolo", which was very soft and had a very pleasant taste!

Little pizzas, sandwiches, piadine (soft tortillas filled with your favorite deli meats and cheeses), croissants, flaky cream filled pastries, chocolate cake, doughnuts, these guys have it all. You can literally eat every meal and snacks at this little shop close to Termini station. They only serve gluten free food, so there’s no risk of contamination. The owners are friendly and always ready to help.
