Very good gelato with particular flavors linked to the territory.. there aren't many of them. Palettes change to avoid contamination.

only the ice cream is gluten-free, there are no crepes. I have many doubts about the ice cream; I don't see big differences with other non-certified gelateries where they warn that even though the ice cream is gluten-free, using regular cones, contamination cannot be guaranteed. From a certified place, I expect more. Oh, no gluten-free cones.

Good gelato but unfortunately limited availability of flavors without contamination risks and no gluten-free cones. Crepes are not available gluten-free. Better to go for the granitas, they are very good and safe.

almost all flavors are gluten-free except for a few, staff is available and knowledgeable regarding dietary needs (in my case, celiac disease), they are careful about everything, changing the scoops to avoid contamination and it's possible to get a gluten-free cone. overall, the ice cream shop is very good, highly recommended!
