The first 100% gluten-free ice cream parlor in Rome that I've remembered since I was a child is a guarantee for everything! Cones and wafers made by them, a wide selection of flavors, and everything is exceptional! It has several locations in the city.

Being entirely gluten-free ensures safety. The wafer is very good, but as for the ice creams unfortunately, I tasted four flavors, and to my palate they turned out very sweet and not very tasty. Personally, I appreciate the variety of non-traditional flavors, to be able to taste something more unique.

Everything is gluten-free, including the cones, which allows for the absence of contamination. The ice cream is very good with a wide selection, perhaps a bit too skewed towards imaginative and sophisticated flavors at the expense of more traditional ones. The ice cream is still excellent, and the combinations of flavors in the various options are often well thought out.

Tra i gelati più buoni mangiati in città! Locale di piccole dimensioni, arredamento minimal e moderno. Varietà di gusti di gelato ampia ma particolare, la cura per la scelta degli abbinamenti, sia tradizionali che innovativi e le materie prime e' eccellente! Ideale per chi ha problemi di intollerante in quanto sono presenti sia gelati gluten free che vegani! Qualità-prezzo ideale, personale preparato nell'illustrarvi le caratteristiche degli abbinamenti e dei prodotti. Assolutamente consigliato!
