We were there this evening after a nice trip to Tivoli and on the way back, we decided to stop and eat a pizza given the quite positive reviews about the gluten-free options, and we did great!!!! The pizza and calzone were fantastically digestible, the dough was amazing, especially the gluten-free, and they were also very careful since they have a double kitchen, really satisfied!!! See you next time, we will definitely meet again soon!!!🤗😍

The pizza and appetizers are really excellent. The place is very nice and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and super attentive to gluten-free needs. If I could, I would give 10 stars! I hope to return to Tivoli as soon as possible and eat here again. Truly excellent.

We went to this pizzeria for the first time last night, and they also make gluten-free dishes. I must say the supplì was excellent (fried items made by them, excluding the cod fillet and zucchini flower). Then we had eggplant meatballs that came with tomato, basil, and really good cheese shavings. The pizza was thin and well-seasoned (the one in the photo is a Tyrolean: fior di latte, speck, and smoked scamorza from Puglia). We also had a Nutella panna cotta (my friends had a mushroom pizza, a gluten-free one, and panna cotta with caramel and mixed berries) which was really good. Honest prices, fast service; we will definitely return.

The owner is truly proud of everything. The menu is varied, with a wealth of dishes and drinks to suit every taste. The fried dishes are simply amazing. The pizzas, of excellent quality, are the result of a search for superb raw materials and skilled hands to ensure that everything is enjoyed impeccably. The gluten-free options are top-notch in this place, having a double line, plus dough made in-house, eliminating any concerns about contamination. What can I say, five stars all well-deserved, I would add more stars if I could. Exceptional value for money.

I went to this restaurant to try their gluten-free pizza and I must say it is really excellent: light crust, well risen, and with a taste very similar to that of traditional pizza. The choice of ingredients is also of high quality and the menu offers several interesting options. The only downside was the service, which was quite slow. We had to wait quite a bit both to order and to receive the pizzas. If they improved the speed of service, it would be perfect. Overall, a great choice for those looking for a good gluten-free pizza, but be armed with a bit of patience!

The best gluten-free pizza in the area! The supplì are also great. The atmosphere is very nice, the lights are not too bright, I would say almost dim and the tables are colorful. It has become my favorite place, I go there at least once a week. The "normal" pizzas are also good (according to friends and relatives, I haven't been able to test them myself being celiac 😅). The prices are average, maybe slightly high but nothing excessive, unfortunately gluten-free food has a higher cost. Anyway, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had both regular pizza and gluten-free pizza because I'm on a diet and it was very good, obviously my family ate the regular one. Good service, I took it to go, they were punctual... the only drawback is that they don't make arancini without lactose... what a shame.

Friendly service. The entire menu is available in a gluten-free version for the usual extra charge. The pizza isn’t the typical one found in Rome; it’s more similar to Neapolitan pizza and the toppings are excellent. There’s a wide selection of appetizers but only one brand of gluten-free beer. A very nice place.

Great place, excellent pizzas, including the gluten-free ones. They have the same menu for both regular and gluten-free pizzas. You must absolutely try the fried gnocchi with gluten-free Nutella. Friendly and helpful staff. Well done!

The atmosphere is original. The background music is pleasant and does not overpower conversations. The pizza is good, and the service was quick and courteous. Honest prices. They also have a selection of gluten-free foods prepared separately; suitable for people with celiac disease. I plan to return several times.
