Very good Roman dishes with a wide gluten-free selection. Very attentive and precise with orders. Very kind and well-prepared staff.

Restaurant offering typical Roman dishes gluten-free. Delicious artichoke and carbonara, even the pizza looked good, although I didn't taste it. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff, fast but precise service. Gluten-free dishes are marked with a flag when brought to the table to avoid confusion.

Fantastic dishes of Roman tradition.

Excellent food and the option to order most dishes on the menu in a gluten-free version. Prices are slightly above average, but highly recommended for enjoying traditional Roman dishes without worries.

Good morning, we had lunch yesterday, we had a great time, hospitality, service, and quality of the dishes, especially my wife who, being gluten intolerant, had a fantastic carbonara!!!

Celiac friends, we can finally go wild with fried food! Not to mention the carbonara, it's amazing! Generous portions. All dishes on the menu can be made GF.

Everything was very good! We tried both gluten-free carbonara and gricia, and it has nothing to envy to other places. Very honest price, even though it is in a central location, very close to the Vatican. I will definitely come back!

Wide selection of gluten-free dishes. They are served with a flag that distinguishes them from regular dishes. Recommended.

Lovely location, central, perfect for a walk to St. Peter's after eating. Very good food, all fried dishes are gluten-free, pasta can be made with and without gluten. Huge selection for us celiacs 😍

All in all, the carbonara was good but very dry, and the glasses smelled really bad. What a shame. The choice, however, is very wide.

gluten-free white focaccia and carbonara TOP. Recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs...

Roman tripe, oxtail stew, carbonara, cacio e pepe, saltimbocca, delicious desserts. Historic venue with Fausto as the star. Gluten-free focaccia with oil is truly top-notch 🔝

Owner, staff, location, cleanliness, friendliness, pizzas, amatriciana, desserts........ if I could, I would give 10 stars ....... super gluten-free

I had a gricia GF, not bad.

Food, location and service were very great. Gluten free dishes are really delicious and tasty! The waiters, Fausto and Fabrizio, have been very careful during our dinner. The calzone with ricotta and spicy salami is one of their best dishes!

Kind staff but truly terrible food! The lamb was so tough I couldn't even cut it! I do not recommend it.

Varied menu with homemade cuisine (pizza, first and second courses). I enjoyed the ricotta and spinach ravioli and an excellent chocolate cake. The gluten-free dish is marked with a little flag (a nice idea). Highly recommended!

..right in Piazza Risorgimento..I ate outside..the interior is a bit old, pleasant food but the prices are too high..I don't think I will return, but it is certainly very central.
4
3 minutes walk from Saint Peter's, very kind staff, prices for the second courses a bit high for the portions (salmon with potatoes 22€ I expected a slightly bigger slice of salmon!), but for the first courses and pizzas the prices and portions are good. All fried items are gluten-free! SUPER desserts!!!

Excellent Roman cuisine with almost all dishes on the menu gluten-free. The pizza is also very good.

I ate very well, there is a wide choice on the gluten-free menu, and the desserts are excellent too. I recommend this place for anyone like me who is in Rome for a short vacation.

My heart's place in Rome. Personal and fantastic food. In my opinion, there is no other place in Rome that makes a better gluten-free pizza.
5
strategic location in the center, excellent dishes and friendly and nice staff. generous portions and truly good and tasty dishes! I recommend it
4
Great Roman cuisine, even though it's a tourist spot. Very good typical first courses! AIC certified with two separate kitchens.
5
Delicious pizzas and sweets that are not heavy at all. Great attention to the celiac customer. Wide menu that is practically overlapping with the gluten one.
