One star because it is not possible to give less. In this time of need, my grandmother, a long-time customer, had to take advantage of the home delivery that actually cost 10 euros. Some of the products she ordered did not arrive, but were arbitrarily substituted with others (mostly chocolate) that my grandmother, at her age, does not use. What if she had been allergic? Furthermore, the delivery was delegated to a courier who only after ten days and a new phone call to the store bothered to include my grandmother in his route. Not to mention the remaining credit from the previous month... Not recommended from all points of view. To take advantage of elderly and struggling people during this emergency period is predatory.

I ordered online and paid in advance. After ten days without any news, I contacted the manager, who informed me that the stock of the product was finished but that she would send me a different but equivalent format to what I ordered, reassuring me that I would receive everything by Friday, November 8. I called again, and an employee told me that the order had not been processed and that she had no further news for me and that she would have someone call me back on Monday. I am disheartened and disappointed; I have never experienced anything like this before. I strongly advise against it.
