Lovely place in the center of Cuneo, we had dinner in the veranda (modern and with a nice atmosphere). The staff are well-informed and the pizzas are delicious, the dough is outstanding and the best I’ve eaten so far. The only downside is the surcharge, in my opinion a bit high, for the gluten-free pizza, €4.

Great pizzeria and location, always in the center with convenient (paid) parking. Very efficient staff. It should be noted that while it's excellent (equal to the "normal" s.g.), only pizza and dessert are available, as other dishes cannot be ordered since they are either not present (pasta) or not guaranteed. Another downside is that the s.g. pizza has a surcharge of 4 euros.

We went to this pizzeria by mutual agreement with my friends also because they prepare gluten-free pizza and since we have a celiac friend, we opted for this pizzeria! They had booked for 8 PM, we arrived and they welcomed us immediately and seated us at the table. The tables are very nice, well maintained, and a very friendly waiter started taking our orders, kind and super patient. When he learned that there was a celiac, he kindly asked to pass him a napkin and cutlery to bring clean ones wrapped in his napkin, so they wouldn't be contaminated; that's an important detail, kudos to you! I should mention that the pizzeria was packed, and in no time, the regular pizzas arrived. Shortly after, our gluten-free pizzas also came out because yes, I had one too, as I am only gluten intolerant and sometimes eat gluten-free, so I wanted to try this one. I think I have never eaten such a good gluten-free pizza; it is very close to the normal one. The normal pizzas, from what my friends said, were also exquisite. The first course, linguine with clams, was perfectly cooked and very good! Then we ordered desserts. Nothing to add; the salted caramel cheesecake was amazing! The place is very clean, which may seem trivial, but it is noticeable right away; we had the dessert display behind us, and it was perfect! Recommended!

I was there about two months ago, having kept a nice memory of the gluten-free pizza. I can't say the same thing now. The pizza was not risen, and it seemed a bit undercooked to me. Also, 3 euros more seemed excessive; I didn't remember such a high surcharge for gluten-free. What a shame, but I won’t be going back.

Friendly and attentive staff, also accommodating for celiacs. Gluten-free pizzas are average, but the grilled vegetables are excellent, a large dish with many well-grilled types of vegetables, difficult to find elsewhere. A good glass of prosecco. Although it’s not clear what it is, the menu doesn’t specify what you will be drinking.

Everything is very good. The gluten-free pizza is very good, not to say exceptional... the dough is made by them with top-quality ingredients... highly recommended! Moreover, other pizza doughs are available. Excellent gluten-free desserts. If you're in Cuneo, you must stop by.
