Impeccable service for us celiacs! I stayed at this hotel using the half-board option. For breakfast, there is a buffet where you can choose fruit, yogurt, and jams, while cookies, pastries, and bread are served separately. Every dinner includes 5 courses (appetizers, first course, second course, and dessert) all specially modified for us celiacs. Each dish is served with a 'gluten-free' label to distinguish it from others. A snack is served from 3 PM! Just remind the waiter that you are celiac, and they will bring you apple strudel and gluten-free muffins! Wonderful experience
