delicious food and without contamination risk (the entire menu is gluten-free as they only use corn flour). The staff is super kind and helpful; I always ask 300 questions when I eat out for fear of feeling unwell, and they patiently and accurately answered everything, making me 100% comfortable. At first, the prices seemed a bit high, but the portions are abundant and rich in meat (which is very filling), and with 10/15€ each, we were almost exploding. Highly recommended, I will definitely return.

Fantastic experience! There was a monitor to order various products, and for any information, we could ask the owner, who was super kind and available 💯 We shared an empanada and then had an arepa each, and we were full and satisfied... really super good 😋 And for those with lactose intolerance, just ask the owner for confirmation, who explained that there isn't any in the dough and that it’s enough to take a dish without cheese (of course) and that it could also be removed from the dishes that contained it (upon request). I recommend stopping by if you visit Rome 🏟️

Definitely new flavors, I really enjoyed trying something unfamiliar. Often, those who are celiac are limited to the same tasting experiences. El Maìz is a valid alternative. The food is good and the staff is attentive and kind. The place is small but friendly. A line can easily form, I recommend going a little earlier.

F-A-V-O-L-O-S-O I really don’t know how to define it. Amazing food, fantastic owners, I don’t know... just add 2/3 tables outside and you’ll win hands down. Try it, both gluten-free and not! You won't regret it. Go right away and no reservation is needed. It’s not a restaurant but street food. Just to give you an idea of how it works. Well done guys, really well done and I truly hope things go wonderfully for you.
