L'mpasto della pizza senza glutine non mi è piaciuto, bordi della pizza troppo grandi lasciati senza condimento, impasto gommoso...so che non è facile preparare un buon impasto con le farine senza glutine ma a volte è meglio tenere delle basi precotte se l' alternativa deve essere questa secondo i miei gusti chiaramente.
