The initiative to offer gluten-free pizza is certainly commendable, with maximum attention to contamination, but unfortunately, the taste really leaves much to be desired. Considering the endless waiting times that forced me to dine alone at the end of all the guests, I hope it was just a bad evening.

Da celiaco non posso far altro che lodare l'iniziativa di proporre un'alternativa senza glutine a chi purtroppo non ne può fare a meno. Ricordo che nessuna attività privata è obbligata a fornire un servizio di questo tipo (al contrario del pubblico), quindi anche se a mio onesto parere non è la migliore pizza senza glutine in circolazione, metto comunque 5 stelle per l'opportunità che viene fornita. Se non ricordo male non sono disponibili tutte le pizze in versione anche gluten free, ma c'è comunque un'ampia scelta. Il locale poi è anche convenzionato con l'AIC (associazione italiana celiachia), e le pizze senza glutine vengono preparate in separata sede (vedi foto), come da indicazione AIC. L'ultima volta sono stato qui un sabato sera in orario 19/19:30, senza prenotazione, e mi hanno servito la pizza gluten free da asporto in circa 15 minuti.

Posto accogliente . Peccato le lunghe attese per i tavoli . Pizze ottime e vasta varietà di pizze , disponibili anche pizze con farina kamut e senza glutine
