We decided to take a tour in southern Italy and stopped for dinner at the restaurant L'affresco, the only gluten-free restaurant we found in Isernia. We were pleasantly surprised by the family-run business and their professionalism in preparing and presenting dishes of excellent quality. The roasted cod on a cream of chickpeas and chili is a must-try. Congratulations to the chef and all the staff.
