The store is well-stocked and organized. The prices will also be higher than those of large retailers, but there is no comparison in terms of product variety. I have been shopping here for years and have always had a great experience.

Specialized store for gluten-free products, but also for other intolerances. There is a bakery-pastry counter, fridge and freezer area. The offers corner is always present. They sell flours like Ori di Sicilia and Caputo. Once a month, I always stop by to buy those products that are not found in 'normal' supermarkets.

Today I was in this shop, I bought bread and focaccia, congratulations, everything was delicious. I, who have a lot of intolerances besides gluten and all dairy products, hadn't eaten good bread and excellent focaccia in a long time!!!

They may be quality products, but the prices are inaccessible. For 4 sandwiches and a piece of focaccia, 7.88 seems truly crazy to me, but that's just my personal opinion; of course, I will never go there again.

A huge selection of products from the best brands! Convenient with parking in front and the staff is very kind... Last Saturday I asked if they had a chair since I had surgery on my back and can't stand for long, and they immediately brought me a comfortable armchair where I could rest while they were processing my payment... what can I say... sensitive people who care about customers! October 18, 2022 I took note of the responses regarding the "Birthday Cake." I waited nearly a month before sending a review, hopeful for an apology call from the Director/Owner of the shop (which never came). When I arrived at the shop to pick up the cake, I was not upset at all because I did not yet know that it was not available!!!! On that occasion, I learned that: 1) I had no cake to pick up; 2) I had received only three phone calls between 1:00 PM and 1:10 PM to inform me of this; 3) the only alternative was either pastries or a packaged cake. If you read carefully what I have previously written, I absolutely did not speak about inedible pastries, but about an alternative that was not suitable for the occasion. That said, I continue to advise against it as I mentioned before. About 10 days before 09/07/2022, I went to the shop "L’Intollerante" to order a tart for 15 people for my nephew's birthday. I was assured there would be no problems. The cake was to be picked up on the 7th at 3:00 PM (any emergencies to be communicated by phone). On the day and at the appointed time, I went to pick up the cake. The clerk informed me that they had had problems because the cake had disintegrated. When I asked why I had not been notified, I was told that they had tried to contact me three times (at 1:00 PM) while staying in the shop five minutes past the time to offer me an alternative: TWO PLATTERS OF PASTRIES (total of 30 - two per person) or ONE PACKAGED CAKE (available in any supermarket). FOR A CHILD'S BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!!! Unprofessional and no professionalism. A shop that makes its bakery its flagship! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

A small shop, but very well organized, with a wide selection of gluten-free products. For fresh items (bread, pizzas, focaccias, desserts, pastries, etc.), it’s better to book in advance. The only downside is the limited parking considering the presence of other commercial activities in the area. Highly recommended, worth visiting even if just passing by.

Great bread, excellent pastries even though there's not much choice, focaccia, pizzas, and small pizzas are very good, I still have to try the cakes but I imagine they are excellent given the rest of the pastry shop, a very varied assortment of gluten-free products, maybe the freezer section could be improved, the girl at the cash register is very kind and always available, an oasis for celiacs in the area, thank you!

Friendly staff and quality products for celiacs and intolerant individuals. I go there often for my son because he is gluten intolerant, and we have always had a great experience. We found a wide selection that I highly recommend as well.
