I called saying that I would arrive at 1:10 PM, and they told me to go directly at 4 PM. (Closing time 1:15 PM). I had driven 30 minutes to get there, and I had to turn back when I was already out in Grumo Nevano. Thank you very much, very courteous I must say.

A great find in the area. Well-stocked store, especially with a really excellent selection of bakery and fresh products. The only tiny detail is that, even though the staff is friendly, I didn’t find them very open to my curiosity when asking for information. I almost got the feeling that I was being a bother.

Terrible experience, I have been a customer for several years but I decided to change because of the prices that are too high. I visited other stores and found prices half, especially for packaged goods. Also, the treatment I received from the staff was poor; the girls were rude and unprofessional. As for the complimentary items, they were the usual things I didn't like, and whenever I asked for something sweet, it was never possible—only what they suggested, which was probably what they couldn't sell. I would have appreciated a gift related to the holiday and not the usual pizzas or whatever they decided. I do not recommend it.

I would like to first emphasize that I have been your customer for several years and that I have always purchased exclusively bread and rolls from you, as you are specialized in baked goods. I do not use the voucher, and regarding other products, I rely on other bakeries and supermarkets. However, recently I have been noticing a clear decline: despite placing orders in advance, I receive rolls that do not seem fresh. It is with regret that I note how the quality is no longer what it used to be. Considering that the products purchased are not given to me for free, that your store is quite far from my city, and that I believe it is not worth spending money on an unsatisfactory service, I find it unlikely that I will return to shop with you.

Hello, I bought one of your products in a store for celiacs, and I was super happy to try a sweet that I loved so much before I knew about my celiac disease. However, aside from the high price (which I paid anyway), the taralli from Castellammare are impossible to eat as they are rock hard. I am very sorry that I couldn't enjoy them; I bought them in early January, so they weren’t expired. I hope you can improve them.
