Always crowded, but the pizza is always good. Few gluten-free desserts. AIC certified.

We ate gluten-free. The quality was very low and not in line with the reviews. The fried pizza and the fries were inedible. Even the simple Margherita pizza does not deserve a passing grade. Overall, I do not recommend it.

Exceptional gluten-free pizza, true Neapolitan style. They are AIC certified, which guarantees quality. Perhaps the best and most digestible pizza I have ever eaten.

The AIC certified place for gluten-free, many pizza alternatives. A bit chaotic.

They have two separate kitchens that can be seen from the entrance, so the contamination is equal to 0. Moreover, I often saw the chefs washing their hands while preparing gluten-free pizzas. The pizza is good, actually varied; there are times when it is excellent, sometimes a bit less, it seems a bit doughy, I don't know where it changes. The restaurant menu is good, the cutlet is excellent. The desserts are good.

Regarding the food, there is nothing to say; we really ate well. It's very positive that many gluten-free dishes are available. The real problem was the service. We had the appetizers and the first courses, and everything was going well. At the time of dessert, they informed us that there were few desserts available (which is understandable given the summer closure). What annoyed us was having ordered fried pizza scraps with Nutella as dessert, and the waitress first accepted our order but then returned shortly after to tell us that the pizzeria had too many pizzas to make. We had made a reservation, we were sitting at the table, we had eaten, we paid, and we didn’t "deserve" the dessert? I can understand that there were many pizzas to be made, but it would have been better to say, "there is a long wait" rather than feeling told that they had too much to do in the pizzeria. We were already seated at the table and paid like all the other customers. We left without ordering either coffee or liqueurs. I’m sorry because, as I said at the beginning, the food is really good, but we had never received such treatment.

We had gluten-free food on Sunday for lunch. The quality was very, very low and not in line with the reviews found on the websites. The fried pizza and fries were inedible. Even the simple margherita pizza doesn't deserve a passing grade. The price was also quite high considering the quality offered. The environment is simple and clean, but overall I wouldn't recommend it.

I have been to Pizzeria Lucia since 1987 and I must say the pizza is really good! The dough is soft, light, and well-leavened, with that high crust typical of true Neapolitan pizza. The ingredients taste fresh and of high quality, and the overall flavor is very tasty. The venue is nice and welcoming, although not very large, so on busier evenings it can be a bit chaotic. The service is polite, although sometimes there may be a bit of a wait, especially when there are a lot of people. A great plus is the option to order gluten-free pizza, which is not so common in Neapolitan pizzerias, making it excellent for those with intolerances! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the service could be a bit more organized during peak times, but overall the pizza is great and absolutely worth trying!

Great attention for celiacs. I went with my family and I'm the only non-celiac. Excellent choice even for those with a sweet tooth with the gluten-free squid fry. The only downside is a bit of the dough of the regular pizza, which I found slightly chewy. The gluten-free pizza, however, was spectacular and they also have lactose-free mozzarella. We will definitely return; I need to try the fried food which, peeking at other tables, looked super dry and crispy.

Great! The classic Neapolitan pizza is excellent, but I wanted to focus on the gluten-free options... the montanara is superb, the pizza is perfect, and the homemade tiramisu is sublime!!! The paradise for celiacs 😋

Very good pizza. Clean place and friendly staff. The place is not very big and a bit noisy, at least on Saturday night. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. Possibility to have gluten-free food.

Friendly and helpful staff. The place is small and simple but welcoming and very clean. The Neapolitan pizza is very good, and the gluten-free pizza is really excellent. Prices are slightly higher than average, but considering the fresh and high-quality ingredients, spending a few extra euros is definitely worth it. Well done!

Welcoming location in a family atmosphere; the number of seats is limited, so it's recommended to reserve (especially on weekends). Courteous staff. The fish is good, but even better are the pizzas (from fried to those with stuffed crust... the real surprise was the gluten-free, with an excellent touch of Neapolitan tradition!) The desserts are also excellent.

Delicious pizza and desserts, the real Neapolitan pizza! The gluten-free pizza is also very good. It's a pity that the place is extremely noisy.

One of the best gluten-free pizzas in Milan and its surroundings. If not the best. The 'regular' one was really appreciated by my girlfriend. But as someone with celiac disease, I focus on the gluten-free one, which is nothing to envy compared to a regular pizza. Finally, a real Pizza with a capital P. The place is really chaotic; on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, you need to book. I place it among the top three gluten-free pizzas I've ever eaten! 🍕
