not very correct and transparent: they use deglutenized wheat starch. The law allows it, but it is not good for a celiac at all. I don't know how they can be AIC. I prefer to eat where they don't use it since it doesn't always sit well after consuming products with deglutenized wheat starch. Much better and safer Agripizza always in Lodi for pizza.

They only have gluten-free products. Very good food and affordable prices. We had both a snack and breakfast the next day. Recommended.
