I saw the preparation. Gluten-free pizza dressed in the same station as traditional pizza, seasoned with the same kitchen tools and baked with the same peel, contamination guaranteed.

We really had a great time. attentive to every little detail and request. very kind in every small thing, never rude. The pizza was very good, the best in Biella. Especially the gluten-free one, I have never found one that is so good that it even seems like the normal one. Definitely worth returning. Highly recommended!!!!

Family lunch, 16 people, each with a different dish, impeccable service and no errors. Dishes for celiacs, excellent and very varied. The salmon was simple, but good. Grilled vegetables well seasoned. Fried squid very tender with crispy fries. Delicious fruit and coffee. Proportional price. In my opinion, the venue needs renovation.

Located in the center of Biella, found through Google while searching for gluten-free pizzerias. We were pleasantly surprised to discover this very interesting pizzeria. Personally, the best gluten-free pizza I've tried. The gluten-free desserts were also good and varied. Good coffee (and that's not a given these days...). Convenient front parking... prices are okay, within normal range!

Very good pizza, for those who have gluten problems and don't know where to go, this is the right place. Owners and waiters are friendly, the decor is dated but the place is clean. Try the gourmet pizzas.

I love going to La Pace, it’s a calm and welcoming place. We ordered a regular pizza and a gluten-free one, both simply delicious. The gluten-free one is spectacular, considering how hard it is to make! To finish, the panna cotta was not particularly appreciated by my boyfriend but it looked amazing, while the gluten-free and lactose-free caprese was exceptional, a must-try ❤
