AIC certificate, average prices, everything was excellent, very kind staff, and especially very attentive to gluten-free options (each dish has a tag indicating it). The only "flaw" is that the tables are extremely close to each other.

A very welcoming typical place with incredibly kind and friendly staff. The waitress was attentive and available to us throughout our meal. The gluten-free pasta carbonara was exquisitely perfect. No contamination, and the dishes are marked with a wooden stick saying 'gluten-free'. Everything was delicious, even the Roman artichoke ( which I had never tried before). A light apple dessert concluded our lunch on New Year's Day. Congratulations!!!

I expected something more, I was disappointed... The staff was very kind but the dishes were not exceptional and the prices were quite high. However, I was impressed by the very good gluten-free tiramisu and the wide selection of gluten-free options.

The venue also offers fried foods and first courses in addition to a good selection of grilled meats. The place is average, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

AIC certified trattoria restaurant. Practically almost the entire menu can be gluten-free: pasta dishes, fried foods, various meats, pizzas, etc. Excellent customer care.

delicious gluten-free food, be careful of contamination. Highly recommended

Every time I pass through Rome, La Gallina Bianca is a must-stop! The gluten-free options are really plentiful: from appetizers (both fried and not), to main courses, and even pizzas. In short, a true paradise for us celiacs. Moreover, the venue is AIC certified, which provides an extra sense of security and allows you to enjoy your meal with peace of mind. The staff is always kind and helpful, the atmosphere welcoming, and the prices absolutely fair for the quality offered. Highly recommended!

Delicious place in a strategic location. The staff is very kind and friendly. AIC certified. The entire menu is gluten-free. From the trio of artichokes to the various versions of carbonara, from bombette to swordfish to desserts. Everything is amazing. I was almost moved!!! Absolutely recommended!

I have already tried it on several occasions and have always been very satisfied. Starters and pizza are phenomenal. They use non-deglutinated flours, but only those that naturally do not contain gluten. Easy to reach from Termini Station and with many options. AIC venue, so super safe.

Gluten-free food is really amazing; they bring you a separate menu full of options, highly recommended!!

The best gluten-free restaurant I've ever been to. Roman pasta, supplì, fried food, pizza, meat... a vast choice and everything is excellent. The desserts are phenomenal! The speed of service depends on how many people there are, but it's never slow. The staff is courteous and friendly. Very convenient location being close to Termini.

Excellent food, courteous and knowledgeable staff, fast service even when the place is full. If only they were all like this...

very good carbonara and with non-industrial pasta!

I tasted the bufalina! Good. The dough is a bit dry, perhaps for the flavor I chose.

Tried on several occasions, multiple times in recent months: welcoming place, suitable for families. Tables available both indoors and outdoors. Friendly staff. Convenient due to its proximity to the Roma Termini station (10 min walk). Wide menu also for gluten-free options, but in this case a shortcoming is in the portions: taking both gluten-free and gluten-containing first courses, it is evident how the gluten-free portions are much smaller compared to those with gluten, despite the price difference still being present. For gluten-free, the fried appetizers and the pasta cacio e pepe are recommended.

It's true that there is a menu dedicated to us, and the food is quite good overall, but the bill we received at the table was too expensive, just the service was 40 euros. In short, I ate decently but I don't think I will go back... 57 euros per person I found to be excessive for a shared appetizer, a first course, two beers, and a dessert.

completely gluten-free menu available, very good and safe
1
many gluten-free options including many types of pasta, we tried the pizza which was a disappointment for our tastes, it seemed like a pre-made crust. staff was a bit aloof and not very friendly.
