They are undoubtedly good, with many dishes on the menu in the gluten-free version, and they also serve bread. The carbonara with tonnarelli is very tasty. I realize that for a restaurant that is all about egg-based dishes, it is very difficult to have utensils that don’t smell of egg, but since they aim for a refined and elegant dining experience, they should pay much better attention to this detail.

the best gluten-free carbonara I've ever eaten, and I would dare say the best pasta as well. All gluten-containing dishes can also be reproduced in a GF version. The pasta is produced in a Roman artisan setting and it is truly spectacular, I've never tried it so good.

Unfortunately, as explained by the restaurant staff (very kind, honest, and transparent), there is a risk of contamination as they do not have a separate kitchen and make the bread themselves in the kitchen. They have gluten-free pasta that they cook in a separate pot and some dishes that do not have gluten in the ingredients, but the risk of contamination is still present.
