I want to preface that I am CELIAC and had the pleasure of having lunch here with my partner (who is not celiac). The menu is entirely gluten-free and the staff is attentive and knowledgeable. For an appetizer, we tried the rice puffs... amazing and varied. Excellent, well-presented dishes, balanced portions, and a tranquil and charming location.

Risottos are delicious with very particular combinations. Regarding desserts, there aren't many options, but I tried the tiramisu, which was just as good!

fantastic, the entire menu is suitable for celiacs, except for the desserts (but they do have tiramisu which I hope to try next time!)

I have been to the Officina del Riso at Alzaia Naviglio Grande 62. It is located in the heart of Milan's nightlife, so finding parking is difficult. It has tables both inside and outside and is very welcoming. The menu includes appetizers, rice-based first courses, and very tempting desserts. The risottos are unique with refined pairings. Everything I ordered was very good, but the bill was a bit steep.
