I have been a customer for almost 12 years and have never had any problems. They are always well-stocked with all types of gluten-free products: organic, vegan, lactose-free, and even their own production. Everything is absolutely delicious and the staff is super helpful and attentive to any needs.

Without a doubt one of the best gluten-free and lactose-free places in our peninsula. Pastry shop gets a score of 10 and praise. Savory offerings a solid 8 and a half. During Christmas, they offer an amazing panettone!! Anyone passing through should stop to taste the excellent products of the Oasis. It is not set up for on-site consumption.

I went today for the first time, I had seen the page on Instagram.... I bought a few things to taste, including the homemade ravioli... I can't describe how good they are 😭 they remind me of the ravioli my mom used to make when I was little! Will I go back? For sure! My daughter and my husband, who are not celiac, also ate and appreciated it, saying they didn't even notice it was gluten-free. Congratulations!!!!!!!

More than an oasis...PARADISE....I have no words, from sweet to savory everything is excellent....arancini, mini pizzas,...cannoli and various pastries...if I hadn't known they were gluten-free I wouldn't have almost noticed....and especially my daughter, who is a bit more difficult to please....finished everything already in the parking lot🙊too bad about the distance (we live in Bergamo) but we will definitely return...
