A well-stocked store specialized in gluten-free products and food intolerances. Here I found a wide variety of items, from packaged goods to fresh products straight from the bakery-pastry workshop: the focaccia and bread are really excellent! The staff was kind and willing to give advice on what to choose, which I appreciated very much. Prices are consistent with the quality offered, and the selection of artisanal and frozen products is interesting. Truly a reference point for anyone following a gluten-free diet.

I have been a customer of this store for 8 months (since I discovered it). I was doing well until this afternoon when I went to buy some fresh pasta, and upon seeing the fresh rolls, I got a craving (I am 7 months pregnant). I decided to get 3, 3 rosettes to be precise. The cashier (the blonde girl) took them without batting an eye. I paid (without exemption), thanked her, and left, only to find out at home during dinner time that they were rock hard, indicating that the rolls had been there for at least 3 days! I am celiac, so I cannot satisfy my craving for fresh bread whenever and wherever I want. Unfortunately, that is the sad reality, but the fact that they sold me those rolls without even suggesting that I choose a different, fresher kind of bread really upset me! I'm sorry because, as I said, I was happy with the store, but because of this deception, I will not set foot there again!

I would like to clarify that I am not celiac and I eat products with gluten and lactose! For my birthday, I ordered a cake without lactose and gluten, considering that out of 5 people, 3 are lactose intolerant. (The venue only makes gluten-free products) The cake I chose was a Sacher; it was good, although very sweet (but that's just my personal taste, the cake was good). I admit I didn't think a gluten-free dessert could please me... so I recommend it. I had requested a cake for 5 people, but we easily got 8 large slices. Price: €25. In my opinion, the price is fair... because the cake was good, plentiful, and gluten-free and lactose-free.

There is a huge selection of products and the prices are those of the supermarket. The pastries are delicious and I bought the shortcrust pastry and found it excellent. I will definitely return.

Place provided with gluten-free foods, both fresh and prepared. Average prices, also offers a coffee shop.

Small shop but well-stocked. The products range across genre and brand. The frozen food section is always stocked, with very good pizza and bread. They also have a supply area where they offer fresh bread, small pizzas, and slices of pizza. I accompany my mom every time, and as someone who is lactose intolerant, I find suitable products for myself as well.

Unfortunately, not having the opportunity to respond to the store owner's reply regarding the previous review (which I leave at the bottom of the page), I will do it here on my first review. What you write, I emphasized in the review, that a hypermarket obviously has different volumes and for this reason can afford lower prices. Having worked many years in the Large Scale Distribution, I disagree, however, on the fact that they are only loss-leader products. This is not true. Gluten-free products, being focused on a strict minority of the total customers, are more of a niche product, not a loss-leader product. One is not attracted to a hypermarket because there is gluten-free pasta that costs less. What attracts are brand-name and mass-consumption products; loss-leader products are used there. In the last three years, I can assure you that space for celiac products in hypermarkets like Rossetto, Tosano, Esselunga, or Ipercoop has significantly increased, not decreased. Your assortment is certainly broader; most of the products offered by you are not even found in supermarkets. However, allow me to say that for products such as the Schär assortment and Rummo pasta, for example, the difference for the exact same product is notable. We are talking about 30-40% more which, for us celiacs, with a limited fixed budget compared to the expensive prices of products, is not little. Therefore, I want to reiterate that I understand your sales policy and admire the effort to maintain a wide assortment, but if I come to shop with you and know that Rummo pasta or some Schär products can be found for much less at the supermarket, it is rather obvious that I will continue to buy them at the supermarket. So, my humble advice is to try to lower the price a bit only of those products that can also be found at the supermarket (which are a minimal part of your assortment) because by doing so, those products would be purchased from you without needing to go to the supermarket to pay much less for them. Take it as advice, not as a criticism because, as I did in the first review below, I can only compliment you. REVIEW Really wide assortment, almost all products deductible with CRS. Prices are a bit too high. Many products at Tosano or Rossetto are found at about 30/40% less. However, this is understandable. It is like comparing a "country shop" with a hypermarket in a shopping center that, having different volumes, can afford different prices. Excellent branded baking products. Finally, good bread and decent pizza. Too bad that baked goods and pastries produced by them sold at the counter cannot be deductible. Really good. An additional note I make about the owner and/or manager of the store. Very kind, cheerful, and available. Overall, it's worth it. If they could lower the prices of some products a bit, they would definitely be a 5-star rating.

I can't help but give 5 stars. Due to health reasons, I am forced to follow a gluten-free diet. The store is super well-stocked and has every type of gluten-free product, including things I've never seen in supermarkets. The prices are average; as we know, gluten-free products generally have a higher cost. There is also a counter with really good fresh products. So far, I've only tried focaccia and cannoncini, and I must say they can compete with gluten products. The staff is very kind and helpful. I recommend it.

The gluten-free haven! There is everything for those affected by this disorder. The only downside is the slightly high prices... Fortunately, the Lombardy region provides a monthly bonus (which is still not enough) for gluten-free nutrition.

Since I discovered I am celiac (3 years ago), I have always relied on them. They are super kind, and the products they have in the store are always excellent. The fresh products are the best in the area. Even for those in quarantine, they quickly adapt and organize to bring it to your home. What can I say, guys, THE BEST THANK YOU!
