Bonati sells bread, rolls, cookies, cakes, and sweet/savory snacks. All are quite delicious. The pizza is good. The rolls can be frozen and thaw perfectly. The doughnuts can be filled with different flavors at the moment you purchase. Prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly. They also sell their flour mix, which is really good to make your own creations at home.

Gluten-free brioche that are not protected from contamination (they are next to regular brioche) do not pay attention to taking gluten-free products without contaminating them. In fact, this is the third time I've eaten and as soon as I get home, I feel sick. ⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️

We had breakfast this Sunday and unfortunately we note two unwelcoming aspects: - no fresh vegan options, not even an empty brioche. They offer their homemade cookies, but they come packaged in a tray of 9 and you have to buy it if you want something for breakfast; I would suggest offering a smaller quantity where you can choose the amount and flavor. - gluten-free brioche, it’s great that they exist, but when we sat down, we were told we had to go to the adjacent lab to get it and then return to sit and enjoy it with our cappuccino. We hope that in the future these aspects can be improved so we can all enjoy a nice breakfast together, including minorities :)

I was there last summer; unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. In my breakfast order, the brioche was not what I wanted, and it wasn't even possible to change it. I then wanted to take a focaccia from the Gluten Free section, and from what we found later, I don't think I will go back again. I'm sorry because it is a very renowned pastry shop.

Today we tasted pizza, bread, bomboloni, and pastries... all gluten-free... excellent. A workshop dedicated to gluten-free production, separate from traditional pastry-making.
