One of the best pizzas I have tasted lately... with Senatore Cappelli dough. The only downside was a bit of heat inside the venue. But it's fixable. Attentive and quick service. Additionally, they provide an excellent gluten-free pizza made to order (for a friend).

This pizzeria was a nice discovery. The place is spacious and welcoming and is located in Grottaglie, in a convenient position. The staff is well organized and the service was quick. We had an excellent pizza and a tasty gluten-free puccia, all prepared in a separate station with a dedicated oven. They also make gluten-free panzerotti, which I will try next time. The prices are average. Parking is easy to find.

Thank you for existing! Finally, a pizzeria where I found a delicious gluten-free pizza that tastes like a normal pizza, and the gluten-free fries are also very good. My father pointed out that there is a dedicated and separate kitchen for preparing gluten-free foods. I understand that this is no small burden for the owner of the business, for this I am very grateful. I will definitely return soon!

Small great pizzeria in the center of Grottaglie, the pizza is really good and the service and cleanliness are top-notch. Great menu that offers both classic and gourmet pizzas at honest prices. Perfect for celiacs, the venue has a "visible" workstation for the preparation of these doughs. Recommended venue!

Steepitoso place, I have been going there with friends for years and they hardly miss a shot (just put less salt on the fries😅) the appetizers are good, the pizza is good and it’s enjoyable to eat. They also have gluten-free pizzas; I take one occasionally and I must say it's amazing—it tastes like a regular pizza. The only thing is you need to eat two because it’s so light. Excellent!

The various pizzas, even gluten-free, are made with quality ingredients. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the kitchen because we opted for pizza. The location, we sat outside well spaced, with well-made paper tablecloths. This is the second year we are visiting the pizzeria coming from Castellaneta Marina, where, like the above description, we dream of a place like this.

Excellent pizzas made with different types of cereals. Even gluten-free doughs come in various types. I wanted to try the kraken with a gluten-free multi-grain dough, a pizza with cuttlefish served with a two-cheese fondue and crispy onion. I was really happy also with the dessert, a coffee tiramisu always made by them and served on a colorful tile reminiscent of the famous ceramics of Grottaglie.

There is a whole menu for celiacs, with the kitchen operating separately for those who are totally gluten intolerant. The pizza is excellent and the first courses are delicious. It's a bit difficult to find parking around that area. 4 stars for the outdoor location: a great solution in the COVID era, but placing the tables on the sidewalk and partly on the street is a bit tacky (especially if at a table for 10 people, 5 are on the sidewalk's incline and 5 are up high).

We chose this pizzeria because it specializes in GLUTEN-FREE pizzas, with a separate area where there is a dedicated person. The pizza is excellent, the toppings are generous, and the cooking is perfect. The house desserts are also delicious. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and quick. We had a really good time! The menu is a bit strange to read; I would make it more traditional and easier to read.

Great gluten-free, exceptional! The pizza dough tried here is among the best ever, and I've tried many places! They also have a restaurant for celiacs.. the place itself isn't anything special, but the food is really excellent. Too bad about the biblical wait..
