negative experience. gluten-free pizza left halfway through dinner due to nausea and the intestinal symptoms that loomed. gluten-free oven 10cm away from the normal pizza oven, total contamination. the peels for the gluten pizzas and the gluten-free ones almost touch, in fact, I felt unwell. good pizza but I do not recommend it for celiacs.

The pizza is delicious and there is a wide choice among all the options offered on the menu. The desserts are equally good, and you can also choose from various dessert options. The staff is very kind and attentive to contamination. I ordered a platter, and they brought a nice plate of cured meats and cheeses with gluten-free focaccia. I absolutely recommend it.

Sapore Antico is a takeaway pizzeria that also allows dining on-site in a reserved, welcoming, and comfortable room. The interior room is air-conditioned, but it's also possible to eat outside. The pizza is truly exceptional, with a good dough and delicious flavor combinations. Completing the exceptional nature of this pizzeria is the fact that they serve excellent gluten-free pizza cooked and prepared in a dedicated area.

Low-quality pizzas with very little topping, and the price is excessively high. The only positive note is that they offer gluten-free pizzas, but even those are scarce. In Cagliari, there are truly excellent pizzerias. They certainly won't see me again. I also want to point out that they are disrespectful with timings; if you call to pick up the pizza at a certain time, they don't even bother to have it ready for you, making you wait instead. Really shameful.

Well-executed pizzas with a light dough and original combinations. Very kind staff, warm welcome. Honest prices. They also offer gluten-free pizzas, strictly cooked in a dedicated oven. Very good. The only small downside is that the place is nice, but a bit too noisy.

The third time I go. Again, excellent pizza (especially digestible). Modern and welcoming venue. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Recommended for those with celiac disease.

Wide selection of pizza doughs: gluten-free, whole grain... And also very good ingredients. Nice place, but a big drawback is the noise: unfortunately, even if the place is not full, there is a lot of confusion.
