When I discovered the existence of this bakery, I was on cloud nine! I have been celiac for 14 years and have always dreamed of being able to grab pizza at the counter like all normal people. This year I received as a gift the panettone made by Magie senza glutine and it was a welcome gift. Chocolate and sour cherry flavor, it is not heavy and recalls the taste of traditional panettone. A small shop well-stocked with gluten-free products. The owner (who is the one truly performing gluten-free magic) is very kind and helpful, and the products are amazing. From savory items like bread, breadsticks, pizzas... to the delicious desserts from the fresh pastry. It's a shame I'm just passing through and have a tiny fridge, otherwise, I would have taken many more things. The cherry on top: great prices.

We were on vacation with our Van 56 km from this gluten-free bakery/pastry shop. Attracted by the stunning photos and excellent reviews, we decided to stock up on delights. Upon arrival, we found a nice, humble, and kind young man who showed us all the wonders he makes himself. We had the bread (soft inside and crunchy outside, a texture you forget is gluten-free... it seems glutinous), amazing breadsticks and taralli, arancini with mortadella and pistachio that reminded me of my childhood, the best baba I've ever eaten, pastries with fragrant Nutella that were delicious, and a dessert similar to a mini panzerotto but filled with cherry jam. Everything had textures and flavors reminiscent of gluten dough!! How do you do it!! Well done! I highly recommend this place! Great prices!!
