We are a Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant in Milan that offers creative cuisine with a strong cultural background. Our dishes are beautiful in form and content, original compared to any known cuisine. Aesthetically, Joia's cuisine could be defined as a Western Zen cuisine and in taste, it is a friend of Italy, of 'Made in Italy' and the Mediterranean, encompassing the great cuisines of the world.
