Everything was excellent, even the gluten-free pizza dough was really super! Perhaps a bit confusing inside the venue. Ultimately, great quality ingredients and attentive staff who go above and beyond to meet the needs of all tables on summer evenings.

Great gluten-free pizza! The menu also includes vegan and vegetarian options, as well as gluten-free choices. Very courteous staff and good service! It is worth mentioning that they have extensive experience as a restaurant knowledgeable about celiac disease.

I can't help but give the maximum stars. I am on vacation in Abruzzo and the biggest disappointment is knowing that I don't have a place like this in my city. As a gluten intolerant person, for the first time in who knows how long, I enjoyed an amazing pizza! The dough was soft and flavorful and it almost didn't feel like I was eating a gluten-free pizza (since I am, alas, used to frozen ones. In my city, there are still no pizzerias offering gluten-free dough). The long experience of the pizzaiolo is evident and really makes a difference. The draft beer was also excellent, I could hardly believe it 🥲 even the service was great, the girl who served us was very nice and the owner is a really warm and welcoming person. I hope to return soon ♥️

Classical family restaurant/pizzeria. I spent about 22 euros on mixed bruschetta, 12 arrosticini, drinks, and cover charge. Good food, kind and efficient service. Classic menu with particular attention to celiacs. Large venue equipped with games for children. Recommended for families or for eating without too many pretensions. If you book, I recommend requesting a table outside or on the ground floor as the lower floor, especially initially, had a bad smell.

As always, La Rusticana is a certainty. For people with celiac disease, it's a dream; they provide the right assurance to eat in peace, in addition to being certified by AIC. Every time we come to Abruzzo in the summer, we eat here. We are not from the area, and this time we decided to make a trip of 600 km just to eat here. The gluten-free pizzas are delicious and unique—especially the seasonal ones— the gluten-free dough is the best I've ever tried. The arrosticini are fantastic. The owner and waiters are very kind! It goes without saying that we will return. Well done, congratulations!

We arrived at this pizzeria that also cooks gluten-free and I thought I had found a place where I could eat for my gluten-free diet. They welcomed us very well, gave us a table and then... nothing. We waited 45 minutes and they didn't even bring us water; when another customer came in, sat near our table, and after two minutes the waiter arrived to take his order. I don't know how it works around here, but where I'm from, even if the customer is a friend, they wait like everyone else and don't skip the line. After we made the waiter understand that we had arrived first, he apologized that there was so much work. Meanwhile, he finished his meal and while he was done with his dinner, our appetizer arrived. After that, the pizza also came, a mushroom without mozzarella, and incredibly it came without sauce, a white mushroom pizza, but who eats a white mushroom pizza? We waited another half hour for the right pizza. I must say it was good. We went to pay and for all the chaos that happened, they didn't even take the water off the bill. Congratulations, we won’t be back.

Pizzas, with and without gluten, tasty and well-filled. For the fifth star, it will be necessary to taste other dishes. Worth noting are the courtesy and availability of the owners.

Pizzeria "Spartana" especially on the lower floor, there is the possibility to eat outside with a nice view, but unfortunately for us it was not possible due to bad weather. THE ADDED VALUE OF THE PLACE is the possibility of finding a wide variety of gluten-free foods (pizzas, fried foods, and drinks) on which they have decades of experience, which, for a family like ours with a gluten-intolerant child, is a great resource... congratulations!

The best pizza within many kilometers. Excellent quality ingredients, superlative arrosticini, often arugula and zero-kilometer vegetables, good selection of beers, moderate prices. Also for celiacs. In this pizzeria-restaurant, all dishes are made with care, the turkey breast cooked just right, the pizzas generously topped. Highly recommended, make a reservation to secure a spot.

We ate really well. Very rich menu for celiacs. We will definitely go back.

I return after years and find the courtesy and quality as always. Excellence for vegetarian, vegan, and especially gluten-free foods. Definitely a place to return to.

Super gluten-free. Two separate kitchens under the same roof. Congratulations to Paolo Gridelli "forerunner gastronomic researcher" of gluten-free. Celiacs and non-celiacs have equal "dignity" and can enjoy the best pizzas and traditional Abruzzese dishes without limits. Fast and courteous service.

Great location, excellent gluten-free pizza while the regular one leaves a bit to be desired, not bad but there are better ones. The children's area is very useful but deserves more maintenance. The price is definitely too high.

My partner and I are vegan, and when we want to eat an excellent pizza, we know we have to come here! "La Rusticana" is the best! Many vegan dishes and also gluten-free options. Young, kind, and knowledgeable waiters! Recommended place!
