I tried this place for the first time since becoming gluten-free and the experience was extremely positive. From the beginning, I appreciated the attention and professionalism given to gluten-free needs, which allowed me to enjoy dinner with complete peace of mind. I started with the appetizer, shared with my friends and identical to theirs, with no differences in service or taste. Next, a truly excellent gluten-free pizza: thin and crunchy crust, well-cooked and flavorful, comparable — if not superior — to a traditional pizza. The dinner concluded with a baked cheesecake, very pleasant. Overall, a high-level experience that shows great care, competence, and attention to customers. A place I wholeheartedly recommend and to which I will definitely return :)

The standout feature that immediately catches the eye is the incredible kindness of the staff. From the welcome, the team was smiling, attentive, and ready to meet every request with admirable availability. Their care made the entire evening relaxing and very enjoyable. But what makes this restaurant a true gem is its inclusive cuisine, especially for those with specific dietary needs. Since my wife is gluten intolerant, finding VALID AND NON-BANAL options is often a challenge, but here the gluten-free selection is vast, creative, and of the highest level. I was able to choose from appetizers, main courses, PIZZA, and desserts without sacrificing flavor or fearing contamination. This level of attention and care for intolerant customers deserves special praise: the ability to enjoy a complete and delicious dinner in total safety is a huge added value. The dishes were exquisite, prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with care. From the first to the last course, you can feel the passion and mastery of Chef Ernesto. Cannarrutia is a must-visit. If you’re looking for a place where the hospitality is sincere and the quality of food is excellent, with a particular focus on everyone's needs (especially for the gluten-free offer), you will not be disappointed! Absolutely recommended!

A very welcoming restaurant, friendly and professional staff, and excellent food! For those like me who are celiac, I recommend trying both the restaurant and the pizzeria, and don't forget the cheesecake to complete the experience beautifully.

The venue is spacious and made up of small rooms that do not lose that intimate atmosphere you can feel. The service is incredibly fast and the waiters are kind and competent... however, the pizza was unfortunately not exceptional... a bit burnt on the bottom. A gluten-free friend of mine, however, found the gluten-free pizza to be one of the best in the area.

The best gluten-free pizza in the city! The first time it was presented to me, I had to make sure it was gluten-free... Absolutely identical to the so-called 'normal' one. Every time I eat it, I have a different taste experience, and when I find myself elsewhere, I think back to the pizza from Cannarutia, with its thick and flavorful crust!!! I give it a 10 with honors.
