I should clarify that I am not celiac! I always took my dog to get washed, and I curiously watched my neighbors who opened a store for celiacs (great idea)! One day I decided to go, and being a sweet tooth, I grabbed a pack of muffins! I will never forget the huge difference between an industrial muffin and a gluten-free muffin; they were so good, just like the owners! Unfortunately, I can't indulge in sweets too much, but with them, I would take the risk! Well done!

Entering this store, I was pleasantly struck by the scent of freshly baked gluten-free bread! I also bought the ready-made dough to prepare pizza, and they would even roll it out for me if I wanted. In short, this is nothing like the gluten-free products available in all supermarkets nowadays. Highly recommended for all celiacs.
