I ate an exceptional gluten-free hamburger. The only thing is that they specify that the bread will be cooked on the same grill as the other buns (with the necessary precautions) but there is a risk of contamination.

La Periferia is a pub of a quality that is very hard to find, but not only that. I am now a regular customer of this sandwich shop that has won me over with its friendly staff and excellent homemade sweets, but I discovered it while looking for a place to eat gluten-free sandwiches. La Periferia is indeed one of the few places in the area that can boast delicious, generously sized sandwiches, as well as sandwiches made with rare quality gluten-free buns, even though they are not cooked on a separate surface and therefore unsuitable for those with allergies. The only downside is how noisy the place becomes during peak hours, but I suppose you couldn’t really call it a pub without the liveliness of the evenings.
