Pizzeria Le 3 C Gianola S. Janni offers an excellent selection of pizzas, including gluten-free options thanks to a dedicated laboratory. The place is nice with seating available outside, friendly staff, and average prices. Recommended for a tasty gluten-free experience.

ordered for takeaway. very delicious and well-seasoned pizza. fast and very courteous service. no contamination given the two ovens.

Very good, very safe. Double oven.

Pizzeria and rotisserie with a kitchen and dedicated gluten-free oven, the saltimbocca made with pizza dough like panuozzo is very good. I also tried a potato croquette, but for my personal taste, the dough was a bit hard, and the egg flavor was very pronounced. Friendly staff and a nice place with seating outside... definitely recommended and worth returning to.

great pizza even the next day as breakfast, really excellent ♥️ the best pizza

There were four of us, two couples. Three pizzas and one saltimbocca with porchetta. The pizzas (nothing special), two margheritas and a third for celiacs. We waited two (2) hours. The justification was that in order to serve everyone together, we had to wait for the pizza for celiacs to be ready. Anyway, you serve yourself; there are no staff for service, and the place is quite old and uncomfortable.

It was a real discovery this pizzeria very close to the seafront of Gianola; with the possibility of quick dining there at the tables, friendly staff, and a varied menu for pizzas, fried foods, and gluten-free saltimbocca. I ate there yesterday after returning from the sea and chose a saltimbocca with sausage, potatoes, and lactose-free mozzarella. I must say the dough was excellent. I will definitely return.

Really good pizza, light and well-cooked dough, fresh ingredients, and perfect for an informal evening. Friendly and helpful staff. The only downside? The crowd. During peak times, the wait can exceed 40 minutes. The advice is to order by phone and maybe enjoy the pizza outdoors. The service mode is a bit particular: you enter, you order (in the meantime, you can pick up drinks and some appetizers displayed in the window, mostly frozen but still good), then you wait with a device that emits a sound when the pizza is ready. There’s an outdoor area where you can sit and eat comfortably. Pizzas are always served in cardboard, even if consumed on-site. I visited the Gianola location, but the pizza is clearly inspired by Neapolitan style. Don’t expect the classic thin and crisp Roman style: here the dough is softer, the edges are present but not excessive, and the flavor reminds you of the best Neapolitan pizzerias. Another plus is the great attention to dietary needs: the pizzeria has a separate oven for gluten-free options and also offers the possibility to request lactose-free pizzas. Update: I also tried a kebab piadina and a small portion of fries: divine is an understatement.

There's little to write about, my happy place in the world! The best gluten-free pizza you can eat.

Disappointment. I ordered a mountain pizza, poorly made and with products I consider of low quality. The speck was tough, thick, and not very present on the pizza. Very oily, the dough was just okay.

Tonight for the first time I tasted gluten-free saltimbocca... incredibly good, it didn't seem like the dough was gluten-free. Compliments to the pizza maker Domenico dedicated to this type of dough... and the compliments I gave him in person I also renew in this comment!

I am celiac, a lover of Neapolitan pizza in constant search of the pizza most similar to the "normal" one. I have visited several pizzerias between Formia and Naples with prestigious names, but nothing has worked; the gluten-free pizza from 3C remains the one with the most flavorful and elastic dough. I had non-celiacs taste it, and they didn’t notice the difference, and those who are celiac know how evident the difference is. With humility and dedication, they carry on a beautiful reality.

Always been my favorite pizzeria for years and years; the only problem is that before the quality of the pizza was better, and I regret giving 4 stars for this... because it has always been a beloved place from my adolescence, along with my friends. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and attentive to the needs of the customer.

The place is very nice, with many outdoor tables that are constantly sanitized by the staff. The menu is varied with many types of pizzas (photo attached) at affordable prices. The ingredients are really excellent and tasty! The pizza dough is not the classic Neapolitan style, but is a bit more crunchy. Friendly, kind, and helpful staff. The name reflects what is said as soon as the pizza arrives... 😂 Very good! Recommended to everyone.

Edible pizza but terrible value for money. Absurd waiting times also because they do not respect the order of arrival and "the friend" cuts in line....not accessible at all for disabled individuals or non-ambulatory people, lacking parking. I do not feel like recommending it.

Great pizza, very good dough, very good and fresh ingredients. Gluten-free pizza with a dedicated area and always available, no need to reserve. This time the dough was a bit hard, I'll try again later. But still really very good. You must stop by to eat this pizza, it would be a big mistake not to do it.😁

Great pizza, delicious rotisserie. Friendly, nice, and professional staff. Very cute name. I highly recommend this pizzeria, especially to gluten-free friends 😋🍕

The staff at the checkout were very friendly, but the person who brought the pizzas to the table was very rude with inappropriate manners. He brought us the pizzas without even opening them, without greeting us, and without wishing us 'Bon Appetito!' The tomato on the pizza was raw, and they didn't even inform us that there was a pit inside the olives, almost breaking a tooth!

The pizza I had last year while vacationing in Gianola was very good. I got it more than once due to its deliciousness. And I am Neapolitan :)

Great pizza. The staff is polite, kind, and professional. We will come back!!! Must try.
5
Great gluten-free pizza with a wood-fired oven. Good dough and fresh ingredients. You can eat directly on-site. Costs are average. It's best to avoid weekends if possible.
5
Delicious gluten-free pizza; it’s not a classic takeaway pizzeria. You can eat at a table but... no time-wasters, maximum seriousness. Orders are placed at the counter and consumed either at the table quickly or at home. Impeccable quality.
4
Great pizza.. The place is a bit "spartan".. But in the end, what matters is the product... The gluten-free version is also good.
3
Good pizzas, but when they serve them at the table and you order the fried food, they bring everything together, so by the time you get to the croquette, etc., it's already cold and nothing exceptional.
5
Great pizza, super prices. It's the classic place to eat well and quickly without pretensions.
4
The pizza without cludine is great, the regular pizza needs improvement, it’s not the best... the place is quite welcoming, as is the staff.
5
Even though small, I would go to this pizzeria every day because the food is really good.
3
Service is absent; basically, you have to place the order at the pizzeria and then they bring you the pizzas without utensils. If you need something, you have to go to the counter and ask. However, the pizza is good.
2
Nice place, friendly staff but not very attentive to customer needs. It wouldn’t be my first choice if it weren’t for the fact that it is the only restaurant in the area that offers gluten-free pizza.
4
Super arancini, good pizza, and kindness
5
Finally, a dedicated place for gluten-free, where they serve not only pizza but also gluten-free snacks and bread by order. There is always a long queue, it's best to book by phone.

Perhaps the best pizzeria in the area, said by a Neapolitan, carries double weight. There is also outdoor seating available for dining. The delivery service works optimally.
1
Too crowded, staff unable to maintain calm and organization. Mediocre pizza and expensive. I do not recommend.
5
Great pizza, very good quality ingredients. The only downside is the waiting times (up to 1 hour), but it's really worth it. They also offer home delivery. I will gladly return.
5
Beautiful appearance, good taste, 10 and praise with an academic kiss... gluten-free folks, rush in!
4
The staff is courteous and helpful, respecting delivery times as much as possible. The pizza is good but could be improved; the cooking was not even across all the ordered pizzas. The quality of the ingredients is not bad, but there is always room for improvement. The fries are good, and the prices are average for the area.
5
Excellent pizzeria, very basic but with unique goodness. Great attention to gluten-free options with an adjacent dedicated lab. I would say they are unique in terms of quality-price ratio and attention towards customers with issues like celiac disease. Ten out of ten for the creator of this type of pizzeria.
