Yesterday, I visited this pizzeria for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the staff's knowledge of gluten-free options and the care they took in preparing the dishes. The restaurant offers a wide selection of gluten-free pizzas, both with traditional dough (which I tried and found to be really delicious) and gourmet pizza dough. The owner explained to me that they decided to move to a larger location so that they could have a separate kitchen for preparing gluten-free pizzas to ensure there is no contamination. They seemed very knowledgeable and attentive, and of course, the pizza was delicious, perhaps the best I have ever eaten. The service was excellent, the pizzas were served quickly after ordering, and great attention was paid to the plating and presentation. The restaurant itself is also very nice because it is aesthetically pleasing and well organized. Even though it was very crowded, we still had our privacy. Excellent value for money.
