The products are very good. Pastry and rotisserie are at very high levels. It is pleasant to enjoy a walk along the course while having breakfast or an aperitif. You can also do some shopping. They work very hard, but the sloppiness and disorder inside and outside the venue cannot be justified. The service is a bit rough around the edges.

Stratospheric. The Barese focaccia is unmatched. Panzerotti of various types, all exceptional. Delicious cakes, fantastic breakfast pastries. Possibility of various craft beers. Young and extremely helpful staff. Everything is gluten free and only gluten free.

The place is super well-stocked, they have pasta, flours, various snacks, and, most importantly, the pastry and rotisserie counter, all gluten-free. We tried typical items like panzerotti, pasticciotti, and focaccia. The pasticciotto was good, but the focaccia... INCREDIBLE. Good, on par with any regular barese focaccia from a bakery. I was really happy to be able to let my girlfriend taste a proper focaccia. The only downside, unfortunately, was the panzerotto; it was good but not artisanal, though I understand that frying can complicate things. Overall, everything was good; we will keep this place as a reference point from now on. P.S. The staff was friendly, fast, and polite.

We went out for an aperitif last night. The staff was polite but the service left a lot to be desired. We waited about half an hour to get two miserable platters with a couple of stale focaccias (one was so hard I couldn't even take a bite), a small bruschetta, and very little else. Given the waiting times, we drank 2 flutes of prosecco each. Total cost 26 euros!!! Incredible! I would say you can find much better with little effort. Just one star given.

I made a stop there this summer during a short visit to the city of Bari, and I was really happy! Almost the entire menu can be made lactose-free. I had a very good hamburger and took away some typical pastries from Bari 😋. Friendly staff!

What can I say about Colibrio... It is a FANTASTIC PLACE. A workshop that does it all: from sweets to savory dishes to baked goods. In addition to the possibility of eating at tables, it also has a shop for selling products approved by the ASL. Highly recommended.
