I had already tried gluten-free pizza months ago but was not satisfied. I tried it again and was amazed by how good it was; I called to compliment the girl who made it.

We were passing through and ordered 2 gluten-free takeaway pizzas. They were delicious and highly appreciated because they were thin, well-filled, and tasty. Often, gluten-free doughs are thick, heavy, undercooked, and therefore indigestible. And unlike other gluten-free pizzas, they were still good the next day.

Deservedly 5 stars, because if they can make gluten-free pizza this delicious, I can only imagine how good the regular crust must be... unbeatable in Genoa for gluten-free options. Fair prices, and even though they sometimes take a while to deliver, the taste is worth the wait. Top-notch.

We didn't really enjoy the gluten-free pizza. The dough was too thin and difficult to digest, and we didn't particularly like the tomato sauce. The wait was too long, 30 minutes despite the reservation, and we were double-parked due to the area. I understand that making gluten-free pizza in a separate oven can sometimes be complicated, and I know it's Saturday, but when a customer makes a reservation, it's because they need to pick it up at that time or at most 10 minutes outside the established time. It was economical, yes, but it wasn't worth it.
