Si cerca qui di combinare l'ispirazione culinaria giapponese e l'uso di materie prime di Bretagna, in primo luogo il grano saraceno. Ottime galettes e crepes, sidro di mele di pere. Tutto benissimo.

Le gallette è senza glutine e quelle che abbiamo ordinato non erano male. Il servizio però è stato un po' distaccato, hai la sensazione di essere solo un numero. La qualità del cibo abbastanza buona, ambiente semplice.
