I went last weekend with my family (my wife and two children aged 5 and 7) to eat pizza (I am celiac), and we found the best pizza in Pisa and the province! Great ingredients and use of sourdough, the gluten-free pizza was delicious and very easy to digest, not to mention the beers and fresh desserts (all homemade!) always gluten-free, which is very difficult to find in any other restaurant/pizzeria (if not packaged and/or frozen). Highly recommended, we will definitely return!

A true surprise! Finally, a gluten-free pizzeria where the pizza is really good and with a dough that rivals the traditional one. The variety of desserts offered is also fantastic, all gluten-free!! The owners are kind, welcoming, and super passionate people, always ready to explain, advise, and make you feel at home. You can sense how much they love their work and how much they care about customer satisfaction. I can only give a high score because we had a wonderful time! Fabulous pizzas with various doughs, all naturally leavened... turmeric... multigrain... ancient grains and gluten-free... Great generosity in the portions of desserts, all homemade by the lady and all gluten-free. Excellent quality of raw materials and abundant fillings of the very large and light pizzas! Nice environment... welcoming... family-like. Super competitive price, really good in relation to the very good product. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A true and very pleasant surprise in Pontedera! Pizza of real high quality, both with regular dough and especially gluten-free (rare to find so good), truly exceptional! Good, rich, and tasty at the right price. The cecina is also excellent, absolutely to be tried as an appetizer. All the desserts (homemade!!) are gluten-free, made in-house and also very tasty. Competitive prices and attentive staff to every need. In front of the Piaggio factory, with parking available nearby. You can't miss it for any reason if you pass by here!

A unique oasis that I didn't know, in a place too hidden. The environment is simple but the quality of the food is extraordinary; you don't find as much attention to raw ingredients in most restaurants anymore. The gluten-free pizza was delicious and extremely digestible. The desserts, seemingly simple, were truly exceptional, a revelation with every bite. The love for the choice of ingredients that Monica puts into her dishes, when she stops to talk at the table, is evident, as is her passion for food and the search for always new recipes. Alessandro prepares various types of pizzas or the classics. I will return to taste other dishes as soon as possible. A strangely little-known place but worth promoting and visiting, especially if you want to eat healthy and well. Exceptional quality-price ratio. Highly recommended.

I will call on Friday and book for Saturday evening. A celiac. They tell me that at 21:50 I will have to leave the table for other reservations. That’s fine with me. On Saturday during lunch, I call to cancel and with a scolding voice and tone, she yells at me, "it's always like this with celiacs!" 🤔🤷 Not a good morning or maybe for the umpteenth time... nothing. I definitely will not set foot there since she is UNFRIENDLY and DISCOURTEOUS ALREADY OVER THE PHONE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Pizzas and cuisine for all tastes, excellent raw materials for everyone, but special attention is given to those with intolerances. I have problems with gluten and lactose and have never managed to find a restaurant that meets my expectations, except for this one.
